Lomi massage is a truly holistic massage that addresses and encompasses physical , emotional, mental & spiritual aspect of the client. Unlike typical western massage that addresses only physical aspect.

The technique comprises gentle, long flowing stroke using coconut oil. The style Tia practices is called "Temple style", "Path way to the stars" or "Kahuna bodywork". It is of Kahu Abraham Kawai'i's lineage.

The soft part of forearms and hands are used to massage through the body with flowing movements that feel like gentle waves moving over the body.
